Christmas in November - It's portrait time!

That magical time of year is just around the corner and now is the perfect time to get your Christmas portraits. I will be having my annual Christmas portrait sessions in November. Dates are November 9 - December 6, 2009. This gives you plenty of time to order your cards and gifts for everyone, and get them back in time for the holiday! My wedding portrait session went great this past weekend! The images turned out looking wonderful!! I still can't believe she is married. I have known her since she was 4 years old! Crazy how time flies. Here are a couple of images from our session.

Today I had a wonderful day with my sweet boy Carter. We went to the pumpkin patch and picked out our pumpkins. We went on a hayride, got to see some goats and other animals, and rode on a cow train. So much fun. Tomorrow I have a session with a couple who are dressing back in their wedding attire for some pictures of just the two of them. I feel honored. Can't wait. I've known this girl since she was 4 years old!!

Just finished up with a session of a sweet little 2 1/2 year old girl. She did great! I have a little break before my next session and am getting ready to set up my background for my Christmas portraits! Yes, I know it's early, but I am taking a few portraits early to use for my advertisements and promotions. I will be doing Christmas portraits in November. Dates coming soon!! I have published the images from my recent wedding I photographed for the couple and their family! Yea! They were so excited to see them. A few are now posted on my website in the Weddings gallery.

I had a blast with my sweet boy yesterday at Stone Mountain Park! We got to play on the playground, play in the water and then we went to the Pumpkin Festival! Carter got to paint a pumpkin, ride the train and more! So much fun. Now I am getting ready to go and watch Toy Story/Toy Story 2 with my favorite guys...Carter and hubby Jason!! This is Carter's first time going to the theater. Exciting!

I have had a full day of computer time with images. :) I can't wait to show the bride and groom their images. I am also trying out new lighting techniques to get some different lighting effects to portraits.

I am also getting ready for my fundraiser for all those who were effected by the recent floods. It will begin tomorrow and last through Sunday. If you are interested in participating, you get a session and an 8x10 for $25. $20 goes to the Metropolitan Atlanta Red Cross. Call 678-614-5076
